Service Description

Joanne Ginter, Ph.D., offers collaborative, trauma‑informed supervision and mentorship for Provisional Psychologists, Canadian Certified Counsellors, and other registered professionals. Sessions focus on case consultation, ethical decision‑making, scope and competencies, reflective practice, and clinician wellbeing. Creative approaches (where appropriate) and practical tools support clear formulation, treatment planning, and professional growth. Available one‑to‑one or in small groups, with goals defined together and reviewed regularly.
