Signature workshop (The Fifth Position)
Developing Intercultural Resiliency: From insight to practice
Service Description
This signature workshop accompanies M.A Joanne Ginter, The Fifth Position: A Guide to Developing Intercultural Resiliency and Pluralism. Participants explore how beliefs—particularly around religion and spirituality—shape therapeutic work, and learn practical, pluralistic methods to bring those insights into session. Through guided reflection, discussion, and hands‑on activities, you’ll move from theory to application: strengthening cultural humility, widening your clinical lens, and building ethically inclusive practices that honour clients’ stories and contexts. Available as a keynote, half‑day, full‑day, or multi‑session series; content can be tailored for agencies, clinics, schools, and professional associations.
